We are beyond thrilled to begin the introduction and registration process for this powerful new chapter — the DD4L Louisville On-The-Go Program!

This is a four-week elite training series designed to determine whether Coach Dianna Williams will officially launch a permanent Dancing Dolls branch right here in Louisville, Kentucky!

Though Coach D is officially retired, she is taking this rare opportunity — while her son is in school in Louisville — to reconnect with the community, share her gifts, and inspire a new wave of majorette excellence.

Should this four-week session go well, Coach D is strongly considering coming out of retirement and establishing a full-fledged Dancing Dolls program in your area. This is your moment to be part of history in the making!

 

 REGISTRATION IS FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED!

Class space is limited to ensure quality training:

• Mondays: Maximum of 35 dancers per class ( except on  11/17 will accomodate 60)

• Tuesdays: Maximum of 60 dancers per class

• Master Class #1 :  Maximum of 35 dancers per class

• Master Class #2: Maximum of 60 dancers per class

Once these spots are full, registration will close immediately.
There will be no additional slots released — so if you received this email, you’re already ahead of the curve.

 AGE REQUIREMENTS & REGISTRATION SUPPORT

The DD4L Louisville On-The-Go program is open to dancers ages 6 to 17.

Dancers must be at least 6 years old by February 1, 2026 in order to participate.
If your dancer will turn 6 by that date, please email us immediately upon receiving this message so that our staff can personally assist you with registration and ensure your dancer’s spot is secured before classes sell out.

Our Dollhouse staff is happy to help walk you through the registration process and answer any questions you may have.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

In order to participate in the DD4L Louisville On-The-Go program, all dancers must create a Jackrabbit account through our official Jackrabbit Online Portal.

Please follow the instructions listed below in their entirety to create your account and complete all required registration materials. This step must be done before you can officially register for classes or be placed into a training group.

Creating your Jackrabbit account ensures that your dancer’s information, attendance, and billing are accurately recorded and that you are fully prepared for registration once it opens.

 

In order to participate in the DD4L Louisville On-The-Go program, all dancers must create a Jackrabbit account through our official Jackrabbit Online Portal. The Registration link will be shared 1 hour prior to the start of registration time.

To register your child, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the registration link:

2. Enter your child’s information: Please make sure all details (name, age, date of birth, contact info) are correct.

3. Select your child’s classes.
   Choose the class or program you want to enroll in. If you have more than one child, you can add additional students before submitting.

   For Master Classes: 

   - DD4L Louisville Master Class

   For Classes:

   - DD4L Louisville Training Class

4. Review and agree to the policies.
   Read through the waivers and agreements, then check the required boxes.

5. Submit your registration.
   Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

6. Log in to your Jackrabbit account and complete your payment.
   Your registration is not fully secured until payment is submitted. 

   If you want to  sign up for bundle class price, please only pay the bundle amount. The system will show the full total at first, but we manually apply the discount after registration.

   To secure your child’s spot, a payment is still required at the time of registration.

   Example:
   If you register for 4 classes, the system may show a balance of $120, but you should only pay the discounted bundle rate of $100.
   (Discount applies to class fees only.
